How long's it been?!?!?
Shocking! It's been 4 months since I posted anything on my poor neglected blog. I post frequently on my Face Book page but somehow my blog gets forgotten. That is until I realize just how much time has gone by since my last visit!!! So, I will try to update this happy little space with my past class pics and then move forward to the present and try my hardest to keep it that way!!! I'm going to do several smaller posts so that you don't doze off halfway through!

Another class for February!
This is my second class for February, Monday 23rd 10:30 - 1:30 at Scraps of Love in Peoria. Easter cards, I know we haven't had valentines yet but I did spy some Cadbury's cream eggs in the store the other day....mmmm yum, I can smell the chocolate now! I've done the Cadbury World tour several times on visits back home....it never gets old!!!.... That's all I needed! That and the fact that there was a Doodlebug shipment in the store!!!!! I love Doodlebug, It's so bright and cheerful! Give the store a call to reserve your spot in class, or kit if you can't make it, it's going to be a fun one!!!.....

Happy New Year!......and a New Class.
Happy New Year!.....Long time, No post!!!
The last few weeks have just been 'busy'.....you know, holidays, shopping for holidays, prepping for classes and who knows!?!?! Had my first class of the new year today, I just love seeing 'My Ladies' and catching up, even had a few new faces which was lovely!
The first of my upcoming February classes, Monday 9th february 10:30 - 1:30 at Scraps of Love in Peoria. I haven't used my beloved silhouette cameo once! I know, I shocked myself!!! Punches and dies and one sheet of patterned paper go to create this set of happies. I love black and cream together throw in a bit if gold and some kraft and I was doing my happy dance! Give the store a call to reserve your class spot or kit......
I had a mini tidy up of my work table last week and found all sorts of goodies that need the packages opening! Hopefully this week I will get the chance to have a little time in my work room and play with them! I've set myself the same task as last year....make a christmas card a week so I'm well ahead when the time comes! Last year I managed to make TWO!!! So far this year I've managed to make ZERO!....I'm determined to make at least three.....watch this space!!!

January!.....it's not that far away!!!
I have two new classes on the calendar at Scraps of Love.
My first is a shaker card class on Monday 12th January 10:30 - 1:30.
5 cards all shakers! These were fun to create and I think they turned out really cute!
Next, a clear card class. Again 5 cards that all start off with a clear card stock base.
These always turn out cute and they're so easy!!! Monday 26th January 10:30 - 1:30 for this one. Call the store to sign up for your class spot or kit.

Mmmm....smells lovely around here!
I told you I had something else to show you, well here it is....
My other 'passion'....candle making.
I've been making these little happies for about 10 years now off and on,
I used to only wholesale them into stores, for the last few
years paper crafting took over a little bit....well a lot really! Soooo this batch got made for The Hubby to give as gifts and I remembered just how much fun I had making them. I enjoyed making them so much I'm considering starting my candle business back up.....I'll keep you posted!
